• Access to the website is provided free of charge and without the need to create an account.

Account and access

No account creation is required to use this site or to request a visit. Any correspondence following a form submission is handled directly with you by email or phone.

Service availability

• Pond visits are scheduled subject to availability and seasonal demand.
• Service scope, pricing and availability described on this website may be updated from time to time to reflect current offerings.
• Geographic availability is generally limited to reasonable travelling distance within Japan; please confirm feasibility for your location before booking.

• All content on this website, including text and images, remains the property of Silt Mesh Vault unless otherwise noted.
• Content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior permission.

How to read our guidance

Figures on this site (a ninety-minute assessment, sediment visits of up to 25m³, filtration systems between one and eight years old) describe the usual shape of our work. Every pond is different in depth, planting and fish load, so information here is general. Please do not drain a pond, change filter media or add treatments on the strength of a web page; a reading of your own water is a better place to start.

Sending an enquiry

• Share what you know; “the water has been green since June” is a useful start.
• Photographs of the pond and filter are welcome, provided you took them or have permission to share them.
• Please do not send payment details or identity documents through the form.

Links to other websites

We may link to public information, for example about water temperature or local rules on drainage. Those websites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content. We receive no payment for links and do not recommend particular products through them.

Seasonal availability

The website stays available all year. Visits are busiest from April to June, when ponds warm up, and quieter in winter, when fish are less active and sediment work is often best left alone; replies may take a little longer in spring.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when our services or the website change. The version shown here applies to your use of the site today, and visits already confirmed remain under the terms in place when you booked.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion. Prices on this site

Prices shown for each visit include consumption tax. If a price changes after you book, the price at the time of booking still applies.

Photographs and illustrations

Images of ponds, filters and equipment show the kind of work we do. Ponds vary in depth, planting and stocking, so they are examples rather than a picture of what your pond will look like afterwards.

Fair use and security

Please do not use automated tools to copy the site, probe it for weaknesses or send repeated form submissions. If you notice something that looks broken or unsafe, tell us at info@silt-meshvault.com.

Severability

If any part of these terms is held invalid under Japanese law, the remaining parts continue to apply.

Language

This website is written in English for pond owners across Japan, and enquiries in Japanese are equally welcome; these terms apply in the same way in either language.

Accuracy of details

We take care to keep information about our visits accurate, but details such as prices and availability can change between seasons. If something on the site seems inconsistent, the details confirmed in writing for your booking take precedence.
